In selecting our manufacturing partners and curating our collections it was vital that we did not import from far flung lands. This enables us to guarantee that our sustainability claims are factual and underwritten. Our raw materials and manufacturing facilities for both flooring and coatings are based in Germany with supporting products and our distribution based in the UK.
This means that we support European and UK based manufacturing and jobs, and reduce our carbon emissions in all aspects of the supply chain. The quality of our finished products are therefore of a higher quality as we produce to a specification not to a price, in Europe where the levels of compliance are at the highest.
All of the Origin product range is PVC Free, and heavily wood based. Our coatings used in the production of flooring and in our paints and coatings ranges are waterborne and contain no harmful chemicals or solvents.
